Communication was good and easy! Location is fabulous and they help you with organising getting to and from. We where there for my boyfriends birthday and they did a little something for him which was so kind. Lovely family run vibes
Bathroom occasionally would flood. The power/wifi would occasionally turn off with no notice this wasn’t an issue but would have just been nice to be given prior notice

The property sat in a beautiful spot in the Shala river with very good equipment for you to enjoy the full mountain experience. The staff were so lovely and caring, especially the kids that help run the place.
The only thing is the information such as closing times and opening times for breakfast and the lunch menu need to be displayed.

De locatie was perfect, zeker de kamer op de hoek.
Een gordijn dat geen licht doorlaat zou erg fijn zijn. Daarnaast zou een iets uitgebreider ontbijt wel gepast zijn voor dat geld.
