Great base if staying in St Andrews

Paying cleaning fee when we kept the place clean

Really good location, easy for getting around. The roof top terrace was amazing. The staff were fabulous when we needed to call them.

The property was amazing

The location was amazing and the information about the apartment was useful. We were given, for example, advice on where to park, eat and visit. All the rooms in the apartment were very tastefully decorated and it was bright and airy. The furnishings were comfortable and everything, within the flat, was clean.

One of the main attractions for us was the rooftop terrace. It was, however, disappointing as it was untidy, dirty and the furniture covering failing to keep the seating area dry and free from bird mess. We did manage to find a space to perch and enjoy the lovely views but it was not relaxing at all. It was a shame that there was no dining space in the lounge area. With the removal of the unusable ( but pretty) window seat, a small table and chairs would fit nicely.

The location was great.

The shower door is broken, the umbrella on the roof is broken, and there's no table inside. Also, two-ply toilet paper is for public toilets, truly no place for it in rented accommodation.
