We loved our time in St. Andrews!

The property manager Lynne was very helpful in getting us situated and bought us eggs, milk and tasty treats to greet us. The owner Roberta was very patient and an excellent communicator even though I wasn't as our trip was somewhat complicated and I was a little discombobulated for our first couple of days in Scotland. The apartment is charming and bright and lovely with great water pressure and a roomy updated bathroom. The kitchen is updated and very nice for basic meal preparation but we ate out for most of our meals. The location is fabulous, in the heart of St Andrews and near everything. We look forward to coming back.

The pub downstairs can be a bit noisy at times, but you can't hear anything from the bedrooms.

We felt we were in one of those British movies showing small town when University life starts

Great location, weather still nice in mid-September, pretty youngish feeling in the first week or two after University courses started, Lynne who was our contact was very discret but present when we needed support.

Car parking nearby is a bit difficult at times, but possible on streets nearby with no-payment option in some areas.

Beautiful, cosy apartment with high end touches.

The apartment was really lovely with quality fixtures and fittings. Location perfect, up several steps but essentially ground floor. Nice basket of fruit and nibbles and a stocked fridge. The decoration was out of a magazine and the smell was devine. Great attention to detail.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful flat in a gorgeous town!

Location is simply perfect for everything of note in St Andrews and there is free on street parking right opposite the flat. The beds were comfy, the flat was immaculate and the communicaiton with the agent was easy.

The floor creaks a wee bit noisily....but that is nit-picking of us!

Treat yourself when visiting St. Andrews.

The location is perfect For walking around Old Saint Andrews and very close to the old Course. Rooms and beds Are very well outfitted and very comfortable. Kitchen has every possible gadget you might need, and was supplied with a nice complement of basic Necessities like tea and butter etc. And there is a Tesco Express the bottom block away if you need anything else. Couldn't be more pleased.

That we only had two nights available to spend here.

Superb location right in the heart of St Andrews. Really comfortable modern apartment with great facilities in an ideal location for our short stay. Lynne and Roberta were on hand to answer any questions at all hours and made sure we had everything we needed. A short walk into the centre of St Andrews and surrounded by plenty of free parking. Comfy clean beds and just a great base for your weekend. Can’t recommend this enough. Robbie

Lovely apartment, great location

House was lovely, just like the pictures. Location was fantastic. Enjoyed the welcome basket on arrival.

There were some flies hanging around in the kitchen area in December. Being asked to take the rubbish out and downstairs to the industrial bins on leaving the apartment. I was travelling with a very young baby so inconvenient. Lockbox and front doors not easiest to access if you have dexterity issues, lockbox in particular I found very fiddly.

Great location just need to touch up more to make it greater.

Location is excellent as it is very centralized which is near to bus station, university, market street and golf course etc. Supermarket is nearby.

Main door and toilet door both have sound when opening and closing, should apply some lubricant oil. Carpet in the living room should be changed or steam cleaning. Toilet mats are not cleaned enough as got stains of brown. Food in the fridge should be checked as some of them are expired.

Weekend break with family

Lovely property in a great location. a quick walk to West Sands beach, The Aquarium, golf course etc. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Lovely touches with toiletries provides, a welcome pack with essentials like milk & butter, croissants, crisps & treats were also gratefully received.

Floorboards in some areas were very creaky. Some noise from the pub below, but nothing serious. The sound proofing clearly works well!

The property was lovely clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need. Some lovely little touches too. Is in a great location. The property is over a pub so there is some noise from there in the living room, but you can’t the bed rooms. Communication was good and both the owners and house keeper seem lovely

Classic main street apartment

We stayed at 6 different properties throughout Scotland and this one is tops on our list. From its A typical quaint feel, to its classic St.Andrews main street frontage, it hits on all points. Loved the great living room windows over looking the bustling street. The high ceilings are perfect for the period. But the owners really pay attention to detail, from the living room furniture styling, very comfortable beds, soft towels and they even provided some snack foods to fill the gaps. The location is ideal for walking to many tourist spots. Do not hesitate booking this spot for an outstanding stay in St.Andrews.

Although the squeaky floors adds to the appeal, it is a little excessive.

Great location, lovely property

The property is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice and it’s in such a great location, very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Little touches like breakfast supplies provided made it extra special. Lynne, who met us to check us in was fabulous, she was so accommodating when our arrival time changed and gave great recommendations for local places.
