If you love noise you will love it here, parking free directly outside from 5pm until 9am

Property was opposite students union, the noise didn’t stop until 4am, there must be a very popular bar inside

St Andrew's Central Hideaway

Lovely bedroom room, well designed with lots of space and right in the hub of St Andrews, so was close to cafes and restaurants, so easy to pop out for breakfast or dinner. Perfect for our short break.

Nothing I didn't like but maybe being on the second floor and having to climb up and down the stairs may be an issue for some as no lift in the property.

Pleasant with good location

The location was good, lovely old building, decent value for money.

The room wasn’t as nice as the pictures and wasn’t very well equipped. The check in process felt unclear and confusing. This took about 15 minutes to figure out once we arrived as we thought we had done everything already. We couldn’t find anyone to speak to to get help on this for around 10 minutes on arrival too.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

It’s location and it was cozy and very comfortable.

The shower. A rain shower is not great if you don’t want to wash your hair (and it had no power) and the showerhead on the wall was way too low. Recently stayed at the Scotsman hotel in Edinburgh, which is exactly the same design with exactly the same problem.

Incredibly noisy as a result of local student bar where music and yelling made sleep difficult until well past 2am. Not sure if this was a one time occurrence or a regular Saturday night but it most most unfortunate and ruined a good night’s sleep.

Great property, immaculate but very overlooked

Ultra clean, spacious, great facilities and a great modern aesthetic.

The description made it appear that the garden was part of the 3 bed flat we rented, important because it is on the ground floor, and opens directly into the gardenHowever, lots of other people used it. They looked into our apartment, used the facilities etc and we felt very overlooked. At one stage, 2 women fell asleep on the benches outside 😕- we ended up closing the blinds to get some privacy- we should def have been warned about this! Also - No parking - tricky in St Andrews

Lux comfort nestled in a historical treasure chest.

Dawid was so welcoming, warm, attentive and accommodating. The rooms are plush and tasteful. Very comfortable. Everything has been so thoughtfully treated. All amenities anyone could ask for. And great ease of communication. Openness to requests, careful follow up.... Basically perfect. A real delight. St Andrews is an historical gem, with gorgeous views (sunrise over the summer pier behind the cathedral was just breathtaking). The visit to the castle was also special.

Gorgeous property, really lovely, location is terrific for walking around St Andrews and visiting the local businesses and restaurants. Terrific outdoor patio courtyard as well. Loved it here.

Two negatives, one was that the pillows were like bricks, they had no give and as a side sleeper the entire side of my face hurt in the morning. Out of 4 of us that stayed, we all had the same opinion of the pillows. The second negative: check out time of 10am feels rushed, an 11am check out like the majority of properties would be much appreciated.

The location was great. The apt was very clean and spacious. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well appointed.

The beds and pillows were terrible. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on, I couldn’t sleep and my back hurt the next morning. The pillows were also uncomfortable. The 10am check out was too early. When on vacation my family and I enjoy relaxed mornings I also felt the price was very high for the property I expected much more.

Perfect get away

Gorgeous stay in the heart of St Andrews. The location is walkable to all of the town, we arrived and made our way to our room quickly, checking in is a breeze. Our room was cozy and a perfect place to relax.

The property is lovely and the location fantastic. Can't wait to stay again!

The location was great. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was very good.

There was an odor in my place at the entry. I did not like that. The main entrance to the building needs to have a slow close mechanism so the door doesn't slam every time someone leaves. I know seagulls are dirty and gross so you should have maintenance cleaning the sidewalks and glass door to the property daily. It is not very attractive.

Beautiful apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants

The apartment is beautiful - modern with quality furnishings, large and spacious, and has everything you need to be very comfortable for an extended stay. Location is great - within easy walk to restaurants and attractions. It is right across the St. Andrew's University Shop and Cafe. There is no parking on site (although there are street parking right in front for a limited time, but the town has several free parking lots to leave your car overnight.

That we only stayed 1 night.
