Very comfortable, modern and clean

Impossible to get through to the management of the hotel either by phone or by message when we had issues at check-in. Quite noisy at night from partygoers in the street despite having a flat at the back of the property. We wee woken up on both Friday and Saturday nights at around 3 am.

Spacious room in great location

We stayed for a week. Not once was the room vacuumed or the bathroom cleaned. This is absolutely unacceptable for a long stay. I put towels next to the bin the one day to signal that we required dry towels. (The bin is cleaned daily and tea bags & biscuits replenished). The kettle has to be boiled on the floor as the cord is too short to put it on the table. We had to wash the tea cups and glasses with our body wash. If a room offers a tea/coffee making station the least the establishment can do is to wash the two cups and teaspoons daily. There were no water glasses, only wine glasses which were difficult to rinse as the tap spout is too low. It is very difficult to do one’s make up in the room as although there are many side lights they are all very dim and it is tricky trying to stand under the ceiling lights. One can’t do make up in the bathroom at the basin mirror after a shower as the little fan isn’t strong enough to remove all the steam.

Didn’t realize there were stairs (and no lift).

Location.Facilities.We’ve stayed at these apartments so many times so clearly like them.

There was a smell that continued in the bathroom and then throughout the apartment.The cleaner poured a cleaning agent in the toilet and in the shower but this didn’t work.
