No.8 is an extremely comfortable stone-built cottage dating from the 1890s located in a peaceful private development within 5 minutes walk of St Andrews town centre and 15 minutes walk from the Old Course. Fully modernised, furnished and equipped to a premium standard, the house comprises 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and back garden. The dining room serves as a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. No. 8 is a perfect location for families or groups visiting St Andrews for any reason.

The patio style back garden includes table and chairs and a small BBQ allowing outside eating. WiFi, TV, music system, washing machine. tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine and filter coffee set are all included. The property also comes with a private car parking space allowing hassle free access to the heart of St. Andrews.

The cottage had everything we needed for our short stay. Wished we'd had longer. Comfortable and clean. Car parking outside.

Absolutely great stay here. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to town center. Nice dining room and lounge. Would definitely recommend.

There was a dirty towel left in the bedroom cabinets which I put on top of the cabinet. The dishwasher was clean but still full from the previous stay and the hand towel in the toilet was used so we swapped it. The coffee machine’s jug still had baked coffee which we had to soak. And a piece of used kitchen paper towel with makeup/ lipstick or blood in the bottom drawer in the kitchen. Didn’t want to touch it! But Kath the opener is delightful / feel they have been let down by the cleaner.
