El departamento es muy bonito y confortable

Que no me dieron desde un principio las instrucciones para ingresar al edificio y al departamento, tuve que hablar a booking y esperar 1 hora para resolver el problema

Lugar muito bem localizado a 10 minutos andando da Estação Termini, seguro e funcionarios muito atenciosos.

So quiet, central to everything including the Rome Central train station!! A nice TV to wind down to too at the end of the day. Will 100% stay here again when i am back in Rome. THANK YOU

The room is in an appartment that has a well equipped and spacious kitchen with several separaten tables which is useful if you’re planning to cook during your stay

The check in time is written from 11, we arrived a bit before but nobody vould let us in and the owner said that “10:30 is still very early”. So we waited until 11 which is ok, but then they let us in and the room wasn’t even clean and still had to be prepared for us. Usually if they say check-in from 11 would have expected the room already clean for that hour… instead had to sit and wait in the kitchen until almost 12 while the lady prepared the room. Then the water pressure in the shower was so liw that it wasn’t possible to take a shower normally and there was also no hot water in the shower, but in the kitchen sink yes. Also no complementary shampoo or bath gel was provided which is quite disappointing.
