Room is dirty no proper bathroom with locks all are brocken

I booked a bed in a female 4 single bed dormitory room which looked very decent on pictures. I informed hostel stuff about my late arrival ahead of time, and received acknowledgement from them. My flight unfortunately got delayed and landed at 2 am instead of midnight. I informed the hostel via email as well that I will arrive 3 am. Upon getting to the hostel, I was greeted by a male employee, who seemed okay at first. While checking in, I asked whether I am getting the room that I booked. That's when the employee started being rude, telling me that they usually don't check anyone in after midnight, and he was doing me "a favor" because he "understands" that I have nowhere else to go tonight (even though Agoda listing mentions 24 hour check in). I was placed in the room with 3 bunk beds which fits 6 people (thankfully was not full occupancy that night), so exactly NOT what I booked. Picture of the room attached. The room was extremely cold, no heating at all. Also, the bed had no amenities, so I had to go downstairs to ask for a blanket, a pillow and a bed sheet. The further mentioned employee got me the missing stuff with a very annoyed look on his face and after I asked for each thing separately so he had to go 3 times. When asking about check out, I was told 10:30, instead of 11:00, and when I asked why its different on Agoda, I was told Agoda is wrong and I must check out at 10:30 (picture of the policies attached). Hostel listing does not mention anything about city tax of €7 which I was asked to pay on arrival (this should again be clearly disclosed in a listing). To add to all this madness, none of the room or bathroom doors in this hostel have any locks on them at all. Also, most beds have no outlets next to them and bathroom windows have no inner blinds, so shower naked at your own risk. The only positive note is that it was fairly clean, and good water pressure in the shower. Also, the receptionist lady on her morning shift was so much nicer and said my check in time is actually 11:00 because I booked through Agoda.

: The rooms are cold at night and the heating is never turned on. The rooms also do not have lockers for storing luggage, and there are no other safety facilities available. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this place.

We had a problem at the beginning of the stay, we didn’t get the reserved room and we were given another one, there was a mixup so we had to wait at least 40 minutes then the following day we where removed from that one and wewhere assigns another one, also the area where this hostel is s pretty bad, wouldnt recommend unless you have no choice.
