WARNING! Don’t book this place. It is not at all as described and shown on the pictures! The place looks like a construction place and the garden is a big mess. It says on the internet, that you get the place for yourself but actually the landlord and her family is living upstairs. The kids toys are all over the place outside. The swimming pool was green and water unclear, and the pump was broken down, so the swimming pool was not suitable or healthy for bathing. The outside furnitures and the barbecue were worn out, and filthy and dirty. Inside the apartment, it was not clean and not a place to unpack and stay for holiday. There was a smell in the apartment that was tried covering up by incense sticks. We told the landlord that we under no circumstances would stay at that the place and she said “well you can just leave and you can get your payment refunded”. However, she only refunded part of the payment (350€ missing). Check-in time was 5pm and we left with unsettled payment at 7pm and had to find a new place to stay. WE CAN UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY PEOPLE!

Was good till the last day was blackmailed for more money and was held hostage

The property was okay thing was little bad about the place has rips on furniture draws in bathroom missing and curtains was ripped from the holes

The property owner was awful didn’t give back the deposit I payed in cash back to me. She also kept me and my friends hostage by blocking my car with her van so we couldn’t leave, she also blackmailed me and my friends to pay her extra money on top of what I already gave her with the deposit which was there for any damages but we was very respectful and didn’t cause no damage but she was making out we scratched her coffee table but I have photo proof of everything the owner did and made mine and my friends experience a whole lot worse. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone because the owner is a con artist and scams people out of money

Lovely pool and garden area, modern apartment and short drive to Nice, Cannes etc.

Location is excellent and a car is definitely required, short drive to Nice etc. Pool and garden area are lovely and great to spend time in. The owners live above but we rarely seen them and respect your privacy. The villa is lovely and modern inside and was suitable for our family of 5. Safa provided great information about our arrival and was quick to respond to any queries, she also provided a locally made apple pie which was delicious.

Not much we didn't like to be honest, perhaps guest bathroom towels to be provided as can take a lot of room up in a suitcase for people to bring, maybe some more utensils in kitchen like baking trays and a pizza cutter but really not much we would change. A guest info book would be helpful advising what to do with rubbish, check out time, supermarkets etc but Safa good at responding direct to any queries.

The garden is amazing with a beautiful view, a table to eat and a lounge to relax and drink. The beds are very comfortable and the landlords are veeery friendly and helpful :) We enjoyed our stay very much and are happy to come back to this amazing place!

Pricing ok, but dont expect too much

The area is nice & secure. The pool and the outside area behind the apartment are beautiful. The bathroom is very modern & TV has a reasonable size.

We booked a villa with three bedrooms. In reality it is an apartment with extremly thin walls. During holiday you do not want to be waken up at 7 a.m. by toilet sound or children. it would be ok -somehow- if you book an apartment, but not if it is named a villa. When totally quite, you hear every spoken word. Beds are ok, but not comfortable. The main bedroom has a „Homer Simpson hole“ in the middle. The entrance area looks like a garbage place, could be so beautiful. At least the garbage could be covered somehow. The parking spot isn‘t one. You can park the car on gras where children play soccer. My sneakers look like I have been to an survival adventure because of this "car park". Equipment is ok, but some basics are missing. No cooking knifes in the kitchen, no hair dryer, etc. Only small things, but you do not want to ask for those. Owners are friendly, but the man does not speak a single word Englisch. The man gave us the keys & „showed“ the apartment without wearing a mask or keeping distance - so no COVID restrictions here. The offered BBQ has never been cleaned before. Visible areas of the apartment are clean, but not rest (e.g. under the couch or bed) We have pictures of everything but booking does not let me upload them.

The perfect accommodation in the heart of Provence. Un tresor a decouvrir!

The hosts were very welcoming - The apartment is beautiful and clean loacted at the top of a hill. Very quiet area, very peaceful. The host offered us freshly made lemonade and cakes. We were a family of 6 and the children loved the outdoor space especially the pool. I can only strongly recommend this beautiful accommodation in the heart of Provence.

Magnifique séjour

Bien situé ! Nous avons pu visiter la côte d'Azur tout en étant loger dans une région tranquille et à côté des grandes villes et des centres commerciaux. Les hôtes sont très discrets et sont très aimables. Le logement est bien équipé. L'extérieur est grand et bien équipé également. La piscine est tout à fait utilisable et agréable même en octobre !
