It was exceptional views comfortable bed clean and tidy.
They didn't give clean towels or clean rooms although I never asked so lucky I took my own. I hadn't long dyed my hair so didn't use the towels any way. But just a little heads up for those who expect a room cleaned or change of towels.

It was right on the beach.
Having to go through a service alley to get to the rooms was not ideal.
There was also a very bad smell in the corridor outside the room.
The lock for the room appeared to have been forced before our stay, which had damaged the frame. The staff did do some temporary repairs to make sure the room was secure.

The location
Scalding hot water and no warning. Grotty entrance to accommodation. No food and not informed at the pub on Saturday night.
