Conveniently located very close to Pendine Sands Beach. It takes less than a minute walk. The beds were comfortable and the room has the basic facilities of a B&B but still comfortable to stay at. There are a few places nearby to eat if the pub underneath is closed or you fancy something that's not on their menu.
Our room was directly above the pub so we could hear the noise. Other than that, there really isn't anything else I found unsatisfactory.

The entry/ exit to the property was very difficult for any O A P. My 75 year old partner struggled. Very steep and high steps to navigate.
