The location,easily found,& accessibility was very good.Ample parking
Checking in was simple(self check in),& Andrea was easily available via Text.
Spacious rooms & Habitabities was very suitable for our needs.Not grand or very luxurious, but met our needs,& was dog friendly
Felt the rooms could have had a little more cleanliness.Marks on the Curtains- I was in Beatrix- & just generally a little jaded.
Cracked tile by the Shower....Bedding didn't look ironed.Small things ,but can make very simple differences

Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed; capacious bathroom with bath & shower. Host was happy to look after our luggage after check-out until we left Tenby later, which was very helpful.
A handheld shower would have been preferable for a quick hair-wash, rather than the immoveable high-up nozzle.
The house is a good 25 minute walk up the hill above Tenby and the main road has no crossing, meaning it can be tricky to cross for pedestrians during busy times.
We were provided with one small towel for two people for a weekend. They provided a second larger towel on request.
An eye-mask is essential if you want any kind of lie-in outside winter months as the window blinds are very thin. Also ear plugs in case the child opposite is playing at 8am.
No elevator and staircase is narrow so I struggled a bit with large suitcase after walking up from town.
Another time we may try the Premier Inn in the centre of Tenby, depending on price.

On first impressions room very spacious bed comfortable The free tea making/ coffee facilities are nice with a very nice touch of specialty teas from wales and some complementary biscuits
Bathroom looks very clean on first inspection.
You feel like you are in a foreign country as you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet. The room has a slight smell of damp also has moisture collectors dotted around the room which becomes more apparent after sleeping in the room. We did not use the showers so too make it clear the only moisture was from sleeping in the room. But in the morning the wall up against where my son slept was absolutely dripping in water running down the wall this does not feel very healthy as this amount of moisture will cause damp and mold. This could be easily fixed by putting up insulation backed plaster boards or a Barton and insulation and plaster boards. It’s an outside wall so I guess the warmth against a cold wall is causing the moisture. This probably would not get noticed in the summer.
The dress cushions-on the bed are very shaggy and I can’t see these being changed on every check in my son sat on the bed to watch TV and laid on these cushions which I explained you don’t know who last laid on them. It sounds petty but hygiene should be no 1 priority on a fast changing turnover of customers. The value was very good but with some small amount of improvements I would come back. I would like to have said this personally but you don’t get to see anyone on leaving.
