I didn't answer #1 because there was no one. However, we were surprised to find that this was an individual house. Totally clean, well equipped, modern, comfortable, and very close to the airport.
We didn't understand there was a code to unlock the door and let ourselves into the house. It should be spelled out in the description that Booking gave us. We didn't know there was not someone to meet us. A neighbor, named Maria helped us so we finally got in and were pleasantly surprised by the house.

Clean, had a good choice of facilities, close the airport and looked like the property lusted.
We booked for 5 ppl because the property listed there was a sofa bed and accommodated up to 6 ppl. No sofa bed just a sofa and not sheets or pillows for the 5th person.
