We loved everything about this cabin! From the hot tub,to the area,all the way to the decor! This is probably our favorite place now! We will definitely be back often!! 1000/10.

The cabin is in a good location. Quiet and away from everything. We liked that it had a fireplace and a hot tub. The cabin has a great layout. It's cozy and the beds very comfortable. Televisions in every room. The owners put a lot of thought into the home with things to do and enjoy. However, the management has a lot of room for improvement.
The Management for this cabin is terrible. The repeated responses are as if it is AI. We did call the local number, but no answer. The communication came from robotic texting. The home was not properly cleaned upon arrival (even though we received a text stating it was cleaned 30 mins prior to arrival). The coffee pot had used coffee in it along with used coffee filters and grounds (photos attached), the beds had dog hair on 3 of them, and the patios or furniture were not blown off and had weeks of pine needles in all the chairs (photos attached). We contacted Management regarding the uncleanliness and the text back gave us the address to downtown Helen, GA to purchase cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves (this alone should've been reason to return a portion of our cleaning fee). There was a washer and dryer on site to wash the bed sheets with; however, there was no laundry detergent (again, go to town and buy some yourself). Also, we did not have 8 people as it is rated for, but are not too sure how 8 people could shower here. The hot water runs out after 2 showers, so make sure to wait in between and you would be good to go. Our person #3 had to take a cold shower as we were on a time crunch. There is a real fireplace and BBQ grill (which we liked), but no lighter to light either with. We purchased a long lighter and left it for future guests as the whole town had a power outage, and having the fireplace was nice in the cold weather. Also, bring your own hot tub towels. We contacted the management company Vacasa for hot tub towels and no one would bring any. You are expected to use your bathroom towel for both taking a shower and getting out of the hot tub other strangers have been in. You could wash the towels as long as you go buy laundry soap. Again, it's a great place and location, but management is terrible, not personable, sending the same robotic messages to your phone, and did not handle any of our issues.

A little trouble getting the entrance code on time but lucky we passed the lady in charge!!
