We liked it was cozy, all surrounded by trees. Had kitchenware and appliances, and toiletries included. Washer and dryer and a lot of games and movies. It Also had a fire pit and grill.
It was not clean. The was dust on the surfaces, mold and mildew in the bathroom faucets and curtain , and a black mold around the kitchen sink, very dusty under the beds, and blankets and comforters had an old mildewy smell. When you pay a cleaning fee plus are expected to leave everything clean and even start a load of towels on the washer… you expect to get a clean rental to spend your vacations,

Beds were so comfortable, back porch was wonderful with plenty of seating! My granddaughter loved the "frog hunt"

The cabin was really clean, kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook our food for Thanksgiving. So that was really convenient!! Even had good seasoning to cook with!! My family said most of beds were comfortable , but bed in master bedroom was kinda hard so not so comfortable. We gave out of toilet tissue on 2nd day there and had to go to Walmart. I had to call owner a couple of times to ask questions and she was not so friendly. I got impression that I was bothering her. During her texting she responded nicely but talking to her on phone her tone was a little unpleasant towards me. So I was not happy about that. But overall it's a beautiful cabin, nice clean, up to date appliances, nice fore pit, even supplies items to cook smores We also enjoyed the family games they supplied for guest to play with during stay. There was a cute find the frogs scavenger hunt that my kids enjoyed!! Overall besides the small things i mentioned I would definitely pay to stay again. 🙂

The location was close enough to Helen, but far enough away for a nice secluded cabin stay. The bed in the lower cabin was very comfortable. The hot tub was preset to 103 which was nice.
There was only one air vent in the living room so in order to get it warm you had to crank up the heat, the adverse issue was the bedroom got baked out. The tub diverter is not functioning properly and would fill up the tub while showering. The tub drain stop would also not allow proper draining.
