This place was a hidden gem right in front of one of the most places in Madrid. It was easy to get here - the location was impeccable. We enjoyed our stay here.
We had an issue with the bathroom when we got there - the shower was overflowing into the bathroom floor. We let the staff know and they took care of it - no problem. However, once maintenance fixed the so called issued, when we went to shower, apparently the water seeped into the downstairs apartment. This caused maintenance to come rushing to our room at 11:30pm at night. It was a non-issue there - we understood the situation. The only issue was that the staff told us we would be refunded 200 Euros for the inconvenience. They even asked for my bank information. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to see this refund. Very disappointing in regard to their attention to this matter. Especially when they offered this as an apology.
UPDATE: it has been resolved. Refund was issued

Location Just 7 minutes walk to subway station, 10 minutes walk to down town, a lot of food shops near by.
Noisy on street at night till 1 or 2 am , many rubbish’s near entrance of hotel.
Small room ,not value of money.
