Great location and pleasant comfortable room. Great to have access to a gym.
Advertised having a swimming pool but this was closed during our stay and this seemed to have been the case for a while as it was green with algae. Would have been good for this to have been communicated prior to our stay.

A different concept combing comfortable work spaces & leisure facilities. Bright decor throughout & very refreshing. I like the ethos of the founders & what they are trying to achieve. We upgraded the room, it was very spacious & well appointed. It had a view towards the palace grounds but little palace could be seen, other than trees & a busy road in use all night. The team were attentive & very helpful.
The issues we experienced below were mitigated to some degree by the excellent customer service team & have gone a long way in restoring our confidence in rebooking with The Social Hubs in future.
Unfortunately from the evening of our stay there was a major fault with the air conditioning system effecting 40 plus rooms. At this time of year with day time temperatures exceeding 35’c our room was around 28’c. Too hot for sleeping & with no other option than to open the very large windows, we endured a slightly cooler but very noisy disturbed sleep. No fix or other solutions meant our second & last night went the same way. Although the team were very apologetic, we were disappointed with the stay especially having paid well for a 2 night stay & the further room upgrade.
That said when I contact the team about the issues experienced ,Fanny the Community Manager, agreed to a full refund, which was received eventually once booking.com stopped dragging their heels.
