Excellent location, rooms were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only one thing that was a problem in that there was no hot water for the showers in the morning. This may have been linked to some construction that was being done. We have stayed in the hotel a few times and this has not been a problem previously so this was most likely a one-off. It will not put us off staying at the hotel in future.

We stayed here for three nights to attend a concert. As someone who has been to Madrid before, location is everything. This place is in an excellent location. Close to two Metro stations, close to restaurants and stores, but not in the middle of the craziness. Walking through Plaza de España just to get to the apartment made it worth it every single time.

Clothes dryer took long (could be user error). No gym, no swimming pool. No English TV
