Ideal location very quiet. Parking outside was ideal for 1 car.

Dining Area could do with a heater as it was very cold. We stayed at the end of October and the weather was not that good so having a heater would have made a difference. Rest of the house was lovely and warm.

Very nice townhouse

Very good shower (rainfall and wand). Lots of loos (4!). Keysafe for front door so no check in time (which suited us perfectly as we arrived at 11pm and had another guest who arrived while we were out the next day so she could get in). Lovely kitchen with cute little conservatory. Nice quiet estate. Garden not overlooked and nicely kept / planted. All rooms generous sizes and nice decor, very tidy. Lovely smells in different rooms (Reed diffusers etc), and didn't have to strip bedding or empty bins as owner has cleaners to do this. Owner contacted us by WhatsApp on day of stay with helpful images and instructions. Very easy to communicate with if there had been any issues (which there weren't during our stay).

Only 1 key, so was a bit tricky with multiple guests coming and going at different times. Owner uses the properties garage as storage for laundry for his other properties and needed access at all times, and requested we didn't use the space at all due to his delivery on Friday between 1pm-10pm (!?). Only 1 car park space for a 3 bed house (again not great for multiple guests / cars). There is a bit of road parking but not much. As it is a townhouse there are a LOT of stairs, and they are curved (a bit tricky if you're tired and have a wriggly baby in your arms!).

Beautiful holiday

The house was in very good condition. The rooms were light and spacious and airy.

The bathroom tap was a problem. However, the owner was available to help solve the problem.

Pleasant

The quiet location with parking space. Nice shower and outdoor space. Big TV with apps.

Had to empty dishwasher on arrival. Main surfaces were clean but woodwork dirty, generally needed a good clean (including conservatory) and removal of cobwebs in most rooms. No towels in cloakrooms. Only seating for 3 people in the living room.

Perfect holiday property

It is a 3 storey townhouse with everything you could possibly need including a complete kitchen, strong wifi, large TV with netflix and free parking. Getting in was easy and the host was very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful and bright dining area with a garden view. Overall a perfect stay with easy access to Bournemouth and the jurassic coast.

It was perfect for us. However, travellers without their own cars may find it difficult to get out of the housing estate
