The location was great and the hot tub was good too.

The kitchen needed a few more staples such as kitchen scissors, different sizes of mixing bowls and we had to buy ice cube trays. Carpet was not well-vacuumed. We found several pieces of dog food on the floor.

the property was right on the beach. every morning i was able to look out onto the beach and enjoy watching the waves crash in. perfection!

master door needed replacement. i was charged twice for the stay. so my $700 stay cost me $1400 and I have heard nothing in response to a refund.

It was very disappointing. Poor management, false advertising, and very outdated.

The view was nice from the balcony.

The hot tub was not working. It was advertised when we booked this property and was locked up and empty when we arrived. Which was extremely disappointing for myself and my guests. The home was very outdated, a lot of the pictures don’t show what it really looks like inside. Overall, was very disappointed. I would not pay to stay at this property again. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Spectacular Views and Wonderful Beach

Amazing new large deck with a spectacular view of the ocean. We spent hours there soaking up the fresh air and sun and watching the tides. Large great room - perfect for a larger group or enough space to spread out. Ping pong table was lots of fun. Having 3 bathrooms was terrific. Located in a nice neighborhood. Beach access close by and large beach to walk on is always appreciated.

Lots of stairs which weren't mentioned in the description. Definitely NOT handicap friendly. The master (king) bed was atrocious. Pillows - not enough for all the beds and thin as pancakes. Insufficient lighting throughout. Hot tub not working. Homeless tent below the deck and path to it was next to the house and accessed through the property.
