We had the most incredible stay at this property! First off, the house is absolutely massive. We had plenty of space to stretch out, relax, and never felt like we were stepping on anyone's toes. The layout was fantastic, and it truly felt like a home away from home (just with much better views!). But the real showstopper? The location. It could not have been more perfect. We were right in the heart of everything, making it unbelievably easy to get to all of the town’s festivities. We loved being able to dive into the local event magic and then retreat back to our own spacious, peaceful haven just minutes away. If you are looking for the perfect blend of convenience, size, and that classic, enchanting Hogsback vibe, look no further. We will definitely be back!

The location was great, beds comfortable and plenty of hot water.

All network towers were down the weekend, however one could call over WA if WiFi available. When I asked about WiFi was informed, "sorry no WiFi in the garden rooms" then asked if WiFi in the main house, was informed "most of the restaurants and hotels have WiFi", so assume the main house, which wasn't occupied, had WiFi. I was in Hogsback for a family wedding and had to drive backwards and forwards to the other 2 houses, where my family were staying, who had WiFi, to relay messages, meeting times, etc. They could have given me the WiFi password for the main house, it was within walking distance to the cottage. I travelled alone (my family member joined later) and as an elderly lady, it was very dark and dangerous to get in and out the car each time to open and close a manual gate, which needs serious maintenance. Another thing, the shrubs on the "driveway" in, need trimming.
