Staff was very friendly and helpful and responded promptly to my requests, much appreciated!
The room was facing backyard and laundry line was right in front of my door.
The bathroom and toilet piping system was in the actual bathroom on the surface, not a good look at all! I’d prefer to have them hidden incase there’s a pipe leak/ burst, that will be a disaster.
Location of the bathroom mirror cabinet was right on top of the basin making it difficult to wash your face and rinse mouth when brushing teeth. Room had tiles for flooring making it cold for winter, so would prefer to have rugs next to bed. I had to ask for rugs and a heater to warm up the room ( which I got and appreciate).
