the property is beautiful and located very close to the beach. It is also close to shops and restaurants.
Even though the collection of keys was easy, being welcomed by a person would be great. For example, there was no remote control for the TV. I had to contact the host and she could only sort out the issue the following day. This could have been addressed immediately, if there was someone at the property.

The location of the property to the beach and to the town of Port Alfred.
Having all the cutlery and crockery one would need to prepare light meals was great, as was the fridge, kettle, and microwave.
I didn't appreciate the inconsiderate guests who arrived 1.5 hours outside (10:30pm) of check-in time (9pm) and then proceeded to show any form of common decency, respect or consideration for the other guests for an hour and a half after arriving. Shouting, singing, playing music loud, hooting, slamming doors, dragging furniture around. The noise only abated when the guests in the 3rd apartment (who never created any noise during their stay) banged on the locked inter-leading door between apartments.
If I were to recommend Sea Breeze Apartments it would be to block-book all apartments with like-minded people or family members.
Something to prevent the bathroom door in the Studio apartment from hitting the wall and making a noise when opening it would help with unnecessary noise. Also, felt or carpet pads under the heavy wooden desk chair would make it easier to pull out and also a lot quieter.

Great location , peaceful , great host , perhaps to improve some more paving outside with table & chair set for outside
