Very comfortable King Sized bed. Nice view from the unit. Helpful hosts. A lot of potential.

I believe this is a new establishment and the hosts are new to the service industry. When guests arrive, they want to meet their hosts, especially if they are staying in the same vicinity as the guests. Introducing themselves with their names and explaining how the accomodation functions is a small touch that makes guests feel welcome and understand the set up of the unfamiliar environment they will be staying in. Our hosts, as lovely as they were, did not introduce themselves until we asked them their names. We were rent sure where to enter and exit the accommodation, if we wanted to get to our car, realizing later into the evening that the key to the front door was on our room key. This should be explained on arrival. Walking guests to their rooms provides an opportunity to explain all of these details to guests. The hosts spent a lot of time in the kitchen, which guests need to walk through to get to the rooms. It felt awkward at times because we felt we were invading their space. A small conversation, reassuring guests that they can feel free to walk through would have also been a nice touch.

Location and view. Comfortable big bed. Spacious room Own balcony Fridge etc. full bathroom The offer of a complimentary night due to the lack of water. Owner communicated well once the WiFi/ electricity was restored. Recommendations of restaurants.

No signage or street number. The hostess could not speak English. Electrical cords instead of plugs in reasonable places. Nowhere to sit in the room. We had no water which was not the establishments fault but there should be a back up plan. Communication was initially difficult as the establishment had no WiFi due to an electrical outage - should have a back up plan. The garden is very rural looking. No proper parking.
