good price and location, facilities are less successfull

Great location, clean and fair price for the accomodation

One bed broke as we sat on it and was not replaced. Parking in the premises is difficult since it was taken by other residence or blocked. The pool is common for all residence and there were no chairs to sit on near the pool

We were family of five and there was plenty of space and comfort for all. We did not miss anything - kitchen is very well equipped, there’s a small garden, community pool, parking, lake beach across the street, couple of minutes drive to shops and beautiful Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. Easy communication with host. Recommended!

Very nice host. All amenities inside. Especially towels, kitchen staff. Christina was so nice to show everything and even recommended place for dinner. Coffee capsules was super.

Perfectly equipped apartment suitable for families

There is a barbecue, swimming pool, well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, TV and wifi. Very nice owner, the location is also very nice.

The bedrooms are separated only by a wall with a hole in the ceiling, so both couples can be heard. The shower could be more comfortable and bigger.

Relax with pool

The place itself is great, nice pool, patio with grill and cozy interior. Everything was more than we expected. Supermarket is just in 3 minutes walking, beach in 15 min. Perfect place for a week on the lake.

Fehlende Sauberkeit. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Keine Mückengitter. Die Spinnweben. Das knarrende Bett. Wenig Tageslicht. Schlechte Renovierung im Schlafbereich. Kaputte Markise. Schlechte Grundausstattung in der Küche. Kein schöner Terrassenbereich (Plastikblumen, Kunstrasen)
