About this apartment rental

Brand new, independent, with solarium on the roof of 50sqm with lake view and jacuzzi (only on request and it is extra 200 euros per week). Solarium with spectacular views even of Sirmione and of the snow-capped Monte Baldo. Large rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, very functional kitchen, washing machine, internal uncovered parking, a few meters from the beach and from a panoramic walk that reaches the historic center of Peschiera. Free Wi-Fi.
The building has three apartments I own, ground, first floor and second floor. This is the first floor, that is the middle one.
The sun terrace is on the roof!
NB Jacuzzi will not be available in very cold seasons and in my absence. Always ask for availability and extras before booking

We loved the residential neighborhood and that it was so close to the Lake Garda walking path, grocery stores and restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay and were spoiled by our host Nadia. Everything was as described in a nice quiet area, with the shingle beach a 5 minutes walk. Nice local restaurants and town centre is a 25 minute beautiful walk. Bus stop is about 3-4 minutes walk for bus Line026 and bus 483 . Apartment has two king size bedrooms en-suite one with a single bed added and one sofa bed in the kitchen / dining area. Nice outside area with dining area too. All in all a little gem.Thank you Nadia.

We had a very nice stay at Nadias appartment. Everything was as described. Nice location, away from the noice and very close to the beach, which was also perfect. All in all i would highly recommend this place to anyone

We were a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. The hospitality from Nadia was fantastic. Apartment was perfect for us all with 2 en suite bathrooms, the balcony was a lovely area and the roof terrace had lovely views. It was in a great area, about 30 minutes walk into peschieria. We had meals at Vienna, Onda Blue and another on the lake about 10 mins walk away. The bus stop was a few minutes walk which is a short journey into Peschieria where we got the train to Venice and Verona. Lidl and Eurospin were 5 min walk away. We hired bikes and cycled to Sirmione and Caneva aquapark. All in all we had a fantastic time. Thankyou so much Nadia

Nadia was lovely. She organised our taxi transfer with Sergio who we used several times during our stay. Nadia was always available with any advice we wanted. Our stay was just amazing. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It is a good location to travel by train to Verona and Venice which we did. Pescheria is a beautiful town. Highly recommend staying here

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our vacation. The owner Nadia went out of her way to answer our questions and greeted us upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless with everything we needed for our stay, and quickly responded by text to our many questions during our stay. Excellent apartment, great location and superb host

As a family of four with 2 adults, 2 teenage girls we absolutely loved our stay in San Benedetto at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The apartment is exactly as viewed online, very clean, well kitted out and comfortable for all of our needs. The 2 double bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms giving privacy so the apartment would work well for 2 couples as well as families. We also used the available single bed in the second room to give our teenagers a bit more individual space. The balcony is ideal for eating and relaxing, with shade available. We hired the hot tub on the roof terrace for one week, this was a great addition with views of the lake and especially for relaxing after sightseeing days. The roof has sun beds, 360 views of the lake ,area and sun from dawn to dusk so is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing, In terms of location, the apartment is really well situated: 2-3 minutes from the lake and its beaches, with access for swimming, water sports hire and a few bars in easy reach. We didn't hire/take a car but this was not a problem as 5 minutes walk away there is a Lidl, other supermarket, local News shop, restaurants and bars. There are also excellent transport links - from a few minutes away we used buses to Sirmione, Peschiera, Malcesine, Verona and free buses to Gardaland, Canevara water park via the Station at Peschiera. Even getting a train to Venice was easy, just use Google Maps for timetables. This was all reasonably priced at only just over 5 Euros each for the longest bus journeys. As a host Nadia was fantastic. From initial booking through to check out, Nadia excelled and took care of everything for us to make sure our stay was as easy as possible. This included arranging airport pick up and drop off, meeting us for check-in and departure at a time that suited our flights, being available at all times for not just us but the guests in the adjacent apartments who we know we also impressed. We would definitely recommend!

We have had a fantastic time at this apartment and Nadia was exceptionally good, she responded when ever you needed her and was very helpful with advice for the area . Could not ask for a better host and place to stay in this area, we would look to stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Wir waren mit 3 Teenagern unterwegs und die Unterkunft war ideal. Mit den beiden Badezimmern , einfach klasse. Auch ansonsten war die Wohnung prima ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Balkon, die wunderschöne Dachterrasse und der kurze Weg zum Strand machten es perfekt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Gut ausgestattete FeWo mit sehr großem Balkon. Es fehlen jedoch "Wohlfühl"-Elemente, z. B. Kissen auf den Küchenstühlen, Kissenauflagen auf den Balkonstühlen und ein nettes Bild an der Wand. Vielleicht wäre es auch nett, das vorhandene Sofa durch ein Ecksofa zu ersetzen. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und so sitzt es sich bei schlechtem Wetter nicht richtig schön auf Plastik/Aluminium-Stühlen in der Küche. Die Umwandlung in eine "Wohnküche" wäre toll. Die Ablagefläche in den beiden Bädern ist auch verbesserungsfähig. Aber, es sind eben nur Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt verbrachten wir dort einen wundervollen Urlaub. Nadia, die Besitzerin der Wohnung, war sehr, sehr nett.

We hebben genoten van een week aan het Gardameer en dat is grotendeels te danken aan het fijne appartement. Schoon, ruim, rustig gelegen, dicht bij het meer, airco, van alle gemakken voorzien. Complimenten voor host Nadia. Wat een lieve vrouw, haar belang is om er voor te zorgen dat je een geweldige tijd hebt. Niets is te veel, extra matras, laken, tips of advies. Bedankt lieve Nadia.

Nadia se coupe en quatre pour que ses occupants soient au mieux. Elle n'est pas responsable des rares choses que nous n'avons pas aimées : la première plage est une plage pour chien où cela sent très mauvais et tous les commerces avoisinants sont des grandes surfaces de bas de gamme. L'endroit un est bon point de départ pour la découverte de la région : Vérone, côte ouest du lac... A conseiller

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die beiden Bäder am Schlafzimmer perfekt. Super nette Vermieterin. Obwohl das Wetter nicht so toll war, hat Nadia für uns die 2 einzigen Sonnentage den Jacuzzi fertig gemacht.! Danke nochmals dafür Nadia! Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Centrum gelangt man über die Promenade am Wasser entlang. Von uns auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, unsere Vermieterin war selber die ersten Tage nicht da, hat aber dafür gesorgt, dass wir einen Ansprechpartner haben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend. zum See und Promenade waren es keine 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt im Ortskern, dieser ist mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit und zu Fuß gut Zu erreichen. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein Lidl, Takko und dm.

We stayed 3 nights, 4 adults and one small kid. The apartment was confortable and had absolutely everything we needed! The owner was there to welcome us, although we arrived very late at night because our flight was delayed! The apartment is really close to the lake, and has restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance. Really recomend it for families or friends (there are 2 bedrooms and each with a full bathroom)!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet, viel Platz für vier Erwachsene mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmer und je ein Bad. Super Ausstattung. Wir haben uns ein bisschen geärgert den whirlpool nicht gebucht zu haben. Die Dachterrasse war grandios. Und es ist super nah zum Gardasee. Wir können diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin nur weiterempfehlen. Die Nachbarn waren typisch italienisch 😜

Unsere Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Der große Balkon bietet für mehrere Liegestühle Platz. Die Zimmer sind über separate Klimaanlagen angenehm zu temperieren. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Der See ist ca. 100 m entfernt. Wem es dort zu voll ist, findet auf der großen Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir hatten auch den Jacuzzi gemietet … sehr zu empfehlen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man auch einen schönen Ausblick auf den See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse nette Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles perfekt – so macht man gerne Urlaub !!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich pudelwohl. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist sensationell. Der Jacuzzi ist super toll. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und täglich vor Ort und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Von diesem Standort ist man ganz schnell am Strand mit einem kleinen feinen Restaurant. Super lecker und super Günstig. Von hier aus ist man auch ganz schnell in Sirmione, Peschiera Lazise oder Bardolino. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch jederzeit zu Fuß erreichbar.

Le logement est complètement conforme à l'annonce : très propre, très bien situé, sécurisé, à 100 m du Lac de Garde et bénéficie d'une position géographique très pratique (Milan à 1 h, Vérone à 30 min, Venise à 1h20) l'équipement est complet. La propriétaire est très attentionnée et met à votre disposition tout ce dont vous avez besoin (panier garni, vaisselle, linge de toilette, wifi ...) Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants, il y a avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour! Nous y retournerons très certainement !
