Superb apartman, however management/operator to improve.

Superb apartman. One of the best locations in the center of Szeged.

We took this apartman mostly due to its location and the (awaited) excellent view from the balcony. However, the motorized shutter was stuck in a closed position and therefore we could not enjoy the view. This was a bit dissapointing. I have contacted the operator, who was first referring to some battery issue in the remote conrol, but then admitted this is a reoccuring issue with the shutter, and she said she was not aware that the shutter is broken (again) as they did not check before our arrival. All in all, the operator was giving me all the nice wordings such as sorry, and that they are trying to find a solution, but in the end nothing happened and they failed to remedy the situation.

impeccable stay

Simply everything!! My stay here was absolutely perfect. The flat is fully equipped and wonderfully located in the centre of charming Szeged with a great view. The communication with the host was extremely easy, and I would like to thank all the people involved behind the scene for their constant support. I was even offered an intermediate cleaning of the apartment, but since I did not require it, they brought me a whole set of new towels and soap for the washing machine and dishwasher. I have already passed my word about this apartment to other colleagues, in case they will need to go to Szeged for work. :)

Location is excellent. Very comfortable place. Host was very helpful and nice.

No elevator, we had big luggage which was hard cause the apartment is in the second floor. It doesn’t suit people who can’t climb stairs

Very good host

We had a great stay at Szeged. Unforunatelly there was no water in the appartment when we arrived due to maintenance, but the host was very responsive and she offered us replacement appartment which was as pretty as the original All in all she made our stay at Szeged a real treat

Perfect place for both short and longer stay, romantic, busines, digital nomads.

New, beautiful, super clean, fantastic view from two spacious balconies, extra comfy bed, close to most main tourist attractions, good for going out, restaurants.

No lift, so don't recommend to anyone who is not fully mobile.

PERFECT

It was perfect. It was lovely, spacious and clean. Lovely modern. Everything is close by. Minutes walk away. The buses, trams and every other transport was just like a 1-2 minutes walk. We went during the New Years holiday and we were able to see loads of fire works just from the balcony. We would definitely recommend this to other people. We are looking forward going back to Szeged again. The staff was lovely too.

The location is just perfect! The appartmant is very specious, bright, clean, recently renovated and have everything and every comodity to make you feel like home. It is very quiet given that the street is below the balcony. Perfect for a family with baby of 11 months.

No elevator, since the building is old, but this was not an issue for us.

Cozy and sunny apartment. Recently renovated and modern. Fast wifi. Excellent heating. Clean bathroom. The clean and fresh smelling towels, bed linen etc. all contributed to a comfortable stay. Quick hot water, comfortable mattress, well equipped kitchen etc. all guarantee a pleasant experience. Quick and successful communication with staff. The photos are 100% accurate. We had a great stay. Amazing location right in the centre.

there was only 1 bed pillow and I sleep with 2… I could have asked for it before. with large luggage going up 2 floors of stairs was a bit difficult since there is no lift.

Central location, very spacious apartment w/ lots of useful gimmicks (Nespresso, microwave, walk-in closet with plenty hangers and shelves, iron and iron board, washing machine, dish washer, big fridge and freezer, small soundsystem, LED light strips on balcony, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Video); blackout curtains in bedroom).

No dislike on my end, just FYI: staircase of building doesn’t look as fancy as inside of apartment.

Ideal for long stay, or workers/students for University

The location of the Apartment is excellent (Dugonics Square and Karasz Utca are the center of Szeged) and the instructions to pick up the keys are easy. The building is quite old but the apartment is fully renovated and have some commodities for long stay like Washing Maschine and a big fridge, sofa and TV, Also 2 big balconies with views of Dugonics Square. And for people like me who has to work in the nights, it's quite good sound-isolated so i couldn't hear the noise from pubs and one concert that was happening during the weekend. WIFI also worked well in all rooms.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone und einem zentralen Platz. Moderne Inneneinrichtung. Supermärkte, Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie das Flussufer in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Tiefgarage verfügbar.

2. Stock, kein Lift. Das Gebäude kann mit dem Auto nur eingeschränkt erreicht werden (Einfahrtsverbot und Halteverbot). Die Tiefgarage ist ca. 500m entfernt. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden (150m) aber meist besetzt.
