The check-in procedure was complicated. By clicking a link the door of the building should open, but it did not. Very stressful after travelling for 7 hours. My advice: if you book, then download the app Akiles prior to your arrival (much easier than using a browser. Further, realise that the button ‘calle’ means street, i.e., it is for opening the door to the building. In the version of the app I had, this button was at the bottom (I expected it on the top). After I got that, the building could be accessed by shifting the ‘calle’ button (nothing happens), then press the doorbell of the appartment, and after that once again shift the ‘calle’ button. Fortunately, to open the door to the appartment was just one time shifting the button ‘entrada’. I have asked the company to improve this and add English words like ‘building’ and ‘appartment’; hopefully they do.
