Looking for a comfortable and stylish furnished apartment in a great Barcelona neighborhood? Then this is THE place for you!
Located in the Eixample Superior district, it's within walking distance of many diverse and great restaurants to enjoy excellent tapas, as well as local dishes. We'll be happy to recommend several places depending on what you want to try.
The apartment has been furnished with personality and care to suit your needs for a short stay in the city. It has been designed and conceived for active and independent travelers, as well as families of up to 5 people.
As a young and vibrant company, we want to expand our community of travelers and share experiences with people from all over the world. We'll be happy to share our tips on what to do and what not to do in and around Barcelona to ensure you make the most of your stay.

* 1 Double bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed.
* 1 Bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds.
* 1 Study bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed.
* 1 Living room with sofa, classic bar cabinet, dining table and TV.
* 1 Open kitchen, equipped with a bar and all necessary utensils, such as: microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
* 1 Small interior patio with washing machine, clothesline and cleaning supplies.
* 1 Bathroom with shower.
* 1 Small bathroom.
* Small sunny terrace next to the double bedroom.

Location:
Very close to Plaza Francesc Macià and Avenida Diagonal. This large avenue, which crosses the entire city, takes us on a pleasant walk to "Passeig de Gracia," Barcelona's most exclusive shopping street, located in the city center.
The "Hospital Clínic" station on Metro Line 5 is less than five minutes away, taking you to "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló" in one stop, and to the "Sagrada Familia" in three stops.
District: Sarrià - L'Eixample Esquerra.
Nearest grocery store: 10 meters away
Nearest pharmacy: 5 meters away
Nearest beach: Barceloneta Beach is 5 kilometers away
Nearest ferry: Port of Barcelona 3.5 kilometers away
Transport:
We recommend using public transport: The blue metro line L5 is the closest. The "Hospital Clínic" metro station is about 5 minutes (650 meters) walk from the apartment.
There are several private parking lots nearby.
Barcelona Airport is 13.3 kilometers away, about a 30-minute taxi ride from the apartment.
If you wish to sleep separately, please inform us in advance or when making your reservation. Depending on the variation, an additional charge may apply (€15/set).
There is a mandatory tourist tax of 10,45 € per person/night, payable upon arrival as it is not included in the rate. This must be paid directly to the rental agency.
Smoking, group dinners, parties, and noise after 9 pm are strictly prohibited. Police fines range from €200 to €600 and are payable immediately.
Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.
A €200 damage deposit (credit card authorization) is required upon arrival. For stays shorter than 7 days, this is automatically released up to 7 days after your departure (if the apartment is left in good condition). This does not apply to bookings made through Airbnb.
This is an in-person check-in; you will coordinate with an agent to access the property.
Check-in time is from 3 PM to 8 PM.
If you check in later, please note that there is a surcharge of €30 for check-in between 8 PM and 11:59 PM, and €50 for check-in after that. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT will be added.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in form where you must fill in your passport and contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate your expected arrival time here.
ON YOUR ARRIVAL DAY: To ensure we can receive you on time at the apartment, it is necessary to call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving at the apartment, using the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link from the PreCheck-in form). If you do not call us on time, you may have to wait for the check-in agent.

Clean, spacious apartment. Great access to metro and buses. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to the gothic quarter and La rambla. Easy check in and the kitchen was well stocked.

A couple of things:1) we would have appreciated more towels. We only had a hand towel, each and no wash cloths, and 2) we were short on pillows, and 3) there was no salt or sugar in the kitchen.
