Buona posizione vicina a quartiere Gracia e alla metro.
La camera 5.1 laforja ha dei problemi di manutenzione e di cura, i serramenti sono tutti rotti, non si chiudono, il tavolo ha le gambe che si aprono, il piano del tavolo é crepato con bolle per liquidi, il pavimento in laminato ha preso acqua quindi era sconnesso e difettoso, il climatizzatore perdeva acqua e il compressore rumoreggiava quando acceso anche di notte, le sedie esterne nella terrazza non si potevano usare perché logore, il bagno senza ventola ne finestra, il letto matrimoniale é un accrocchio di legno e stracci con misure diverse tra loro, insomma si é un posto con dei problemi.
