This charming 65 m² apartment is perfect for long-term stays, with a minimum of 32 nights. With a modern and bright design, the apartment is located in a building with an elevator and is well connected to the rest of the city.

Bathroom: 1 full bathroom
Living Room: Comfortable sofa, TV, and direct access to the sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city.
Fully equipped kitchen: Featuring high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and ceramic hob.
Additional Services: Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, and more.
Location and Neighborhood:
The Sant Gervasi neighborhood is a quiet and residential area, very close to Avenida Diagonal, with excellent public transportation connections (bus and metro), making it easy to explore the rest of Barcelona. It is also near the traditional Gracia and Eixample neighborhoods, where you will find a wide variety of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Breakfast a la carte: We can offer various breakfast and snack options delivered directly to your apartment (ask for prices).
Travel cot: Available for 20 EUR/day (subject to availability, must be requested in advance).
Important Information:
Reservations: 30% initial payment at the time of booking. The remaining 70% should be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon check-in.
Deposit: A deposit via credit/debit card is required at check-in. The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Check-in: Check-in is from 3 PM to 8 PM. A 50 EUR fee will apply for arrivals outside these hours.
Rules: No smoking is allowed in the apartment, and parties or events are not permitted. Fines of 400 EUR may be applied for violations.
Tourist Tax: The current tourist tax in Barcelona will apply.
