It is spacious and clean.
It is located 20 minutes from the beach, but it is very far from the pier; there is no kitchen, but they leave a tray with coffee and tea and plenty towels.

Very large airy and light room. Super clean. Lovely new bathroom with full bath and showers. Fridge and kettle.
Very comfortable beds.
Would definitely stay again

Road noise - very busy, especially at rush hours. But diversions were in place so that made the road busier
No cutlery or plates - a couple of plates and bowls would’ve been good and teaspoons for hot drinks

How big the room was
I read alot of reviews saying it was clean however i didnt think so. The bedsheets had white stains on them and overall room was very dusty with alot of webs on the ceiling. Kettle was awfully filthy inside aswell. Also plant pots in the toilet meant loads of ants were coming in.
