Very comfortable with great care taken with decor and furniture. Really warm feel. Location very quiet but only yards from the cliff top above the beach and sea. Lovely walks along the front and nice local drives.

A fabulous place in a fabulous location. The enclosed garden was just perfect for my dog and us as a family. On days which were incredibly hot, the garden was split perfectly for sun and shade, which made it just ideal. Parking on site as well just added to the experience. I cannot fault this property in any way. A real gem of a find, and we will definitely be coming back. Superb!

Location was brilliant a stones throw from the beach and a "Greene King" pub on the next corner.
Beach has a lift for the less able.
Dog friendly in certain parts - check the signs
Quiet area so sitting in the pleasant garden was lovely.
Parking place specially for the property so no struggling to find a space - perfect.
Photo of beach just across the top of Clifton Road, even though Bank Holiday and Half Term this end stayed pretty quiet whereas the other end was more busy. Lovely sand, toilets close by.
The bed was too hard for us both. HOWEVER tthat is a personal preference, maybe an optional memory foam topper for us older visitors. There is a topper on the bed but our hips needed a softer bed.
