Fantastic flat, close to everything!

The flat is in an ideal location for exploring Southbourne. It was light, airy and comfortable with everything I needed for a short break.

The water temperature was only slightly warmer than body heat, which meant a long soak in the bath was not really possible

Location to high street was perfect . The property was clean and had lots of personal touches . Lots of utensils in kitchen and extras . Communication with the owner was brilliant . Only stayed one night but was great for myself and my dad . Near to high street and close to the beach .

Nothing . Apartment was perfect for what we needed . Parking isn’t off street but that’s in details and there are plenty of side streets near by or 24hr ca park for few pounds near by .

Absolutely perfect , nothing to fault . Host so helpful and efficient with any questions.

Key lock box , easy to find , right by the entrance and key code given in ample time before arrival . Location just perfect , although right by what seems like a busy High street , the property was quiet and so peaceful but was handy to have shops cafes and the beach a tiny walk away . The apartment was kitted out with everything needed and a whole lot more from condiments and spices , toiletries for every need , heaters , blankets and tv in lounge and bedroom . It was cosy , homely , beautifully decorated and cleaned to perfection . Would recommend to anyone . Alex was helpful , efficient and no question was too much . Was sad to leave and somewhere I wouldn’t hesitate to go again ☺️

Great apartment; fantastic central location close to all amenities & airport

Fantastic central location amongst shops, restaurants and bars, with easy access, on road parking to the rear, 30 seconds walk from the door. Even had food stuff available and milk in the fridge for a cuppa on arrival!

Lovely stay if you want to be on top of everything in a lovely high St

It was clean and tidy. Quiet at night, everything supplied and on hand. Comfortable stay.

Location was directly on high st which we wasn’t aware of. Parking a bit of a pain. No central heating, electric heaters supplied though and took a bit of time to warm the place. Main picture a little misleading as though it had views over the sea but we should’ve have investigated more as it pointed this out in later pics.

Home from home and plenty of tea and coffee and essentials which you don't get in other places. Very central as well , Books and games provided as well.Just perfect for what we needed and dogs allowed as well.

Modern and well equipped

Parking difficult when you arrive in dark (and worse rain ever) and you don’t know the local roads well enough to know where to park close to the property. It was very busy and some roads were time restricted so eventually ended up almost in seafront.

Great location. Well maintained and had all the necessary supplies which made it feel more welcoming.

Flat not quite what we expected but a nice place to visit

The flat felt light and airy and good for a weekend away with friends. , There was a range of facilities although lots of personal effects around the place, which we were not sure we could use. A range of teas and coffee left available, and milk and procesco left in the fridge. All the people we met were very friendly and helpful, especially in the local shops and there were plenty of eateries near by.

Not sure where the pictures of the beach and area are from, but they were definitely not from the flat, as that had a view of other properties and roofs. There was insufficient bedding for the number of beds advertised. The duvets and pillows were of poor quality and falling apart, and stained. Although the kitchen was well equipped, there were no bedside tables or lights in the bedrooms, which was an issue in the second bedroom, which has no windows. This room is also very small, so when the other bed was pulled out, there wasn't room for any luggage in the room. We didn't realise that the flat was up two flights of stairs or that it was above a Sainsbury's local. We didn't enjoy the 5 am wake-up call we got when a delivery was made to Sainsbury's every day. Although parking was free as advertised, this was on the road, and available spaces were difficult to find. We ended up struggling to find a place to park near the flat every day, which caused anxiety for those of the party who struggled walking. If this had been made clear, we would not have booked the flat.

Total bijoux property! We were in Sounthbourne visiting family and Alex’s flat was everything we needed and more. Great location, lovely decor and everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great location in the middle of Southbourne and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The flat was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Due to its location, it can be a bit noisy outside at times but a small price to pay
