Church Bells House by Spa Town Property - 3 Bedroom Georgian Townhouse in Central Warwick

Location was fabulous for getting around town , close to food shops, restaurants and the castle . We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of room

Lovely home, centrally located with everything we needed

This property is quirky, stylish and in a good central location. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a few days away.

beds were not overly comfortable. there was candy spilled under the sofa when we arrived (rest of the place was very clean!).

tv a bit difficult to get a live channel more wood had have been good for fire beds and pillows a bit lumpy

location was good but car parking expensive

mattress and pillows in back bedroom did not suit my back. Could do with firmer pillows Could not find the potatoe masher - we self catered No charging point for razer in bathroom that we could find

Very central location.

The location of the property was spot on for what we needed. it was very clean, and welcoming. The owners of the property ensured our comfort by adding the little extra touches. Firewood for the log burner, and a welcoming bar of chocolate and bottle of red wine. Fantastic stay.

We loved everything about the property. The only not so good was that there was only one loo at the property, which is a minor detail.

The location is great and the property is decorated really nicely. The parking permit also made parking really easy which was a huge bonus.

The house was spacious well equiped and in a good location. Didn't see any staff but instructions were clear and helpful. We all slept well. Enjoyed our stay.

One toilet and bathroom for 4 adults. There were a few small steps on the ground floor, not clearly marked with an edging so we all tripped up and down them at various times.

Only one parking permit and lost that space one evening when popped out for takeaway collection. Not a fault of the owners though, just the way it is I guess as very narrow street and limited parking. There was a funny smell in the front bedroom and stairway/bottom of stairs/hall. Not sure of cause but quite prominent at times. The mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable. Particularly in back bedroom and top floor. Would be nice to have two sofas in the living room rather than the chairs as would be more comfortable. Otherwise a lovely stay.

The property was ideally located in walking distance of the castle, the train station and bars and restaurants. The house was spotless and looked newly decorated. The hosts were very friendly and their recommendations website was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

very central - Nicely decorated - beds were great. outside terrace was lovely to sit out first thing in the morning. peaceful and host were very receptive ( thank you)
