Absolutely magical, luxurious with everything thought of

The attention to detail, the games the local information, gowns and flip flops for the jacuzzi. Fillip was an excellent manager/host . The setting was fairytale, waking up in the rain surrounded by waterfalls and then beautiful sunshine relaxing in the hot tub. Idealistic

A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature

This place is just as beautiful as in the photos. The location is quite remote, which makes it perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay — no traffic, no noise, just mountains, trees, and fresh air. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need: a great kitchen, a cozy living area, a barbecue spot, and of course the jacuzzi — probably the best one we’ve had in a long time.

Just be aware that the nearest shop is around a 20-minute drive, so plan your groceries in advance. The only downside was that some renovation work started during our stay — a bit of chainsaw and construction noise for a couple of hours a day. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning. Still, overall an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend!

It would have been good to have a bit of guidance on how to light the wood burner, having never used one before. Especially as this is the heating for the cabin.

Wonderful zimmer, new and clean with everything you need in it. In the middle of a beautiful valley. Filip was very helpful with eveeything we needed. Two nights was just not enough. Very recomended

loved the view of the Villa in the photos

We had booked a holiday in this villa. The owners of the villa canceled the reservation on the day of arrival, 2 hours before arrival. we went to Vila. the picture is more beautiful than in reality. we were not inside the villa, but the environment is not organized and messy, the grass is not cut. Construction works are being carried out on the territory of the villa. Filip, who manages the villa, could not help us with anything. we could not find a similar hotel. communicated vaguely and arrogantly. we wasted the whole day trying to find us a place to stay. The place looks attractive in the pictures but in reality the view and administration work is bad and disappointing. The villa had lost electricity and water after the storm, these are irresistible forces and everything could be understood. if the arriving guests were properly taken care of. alternate accommodation is found and guests are informed in the morning. They were offered a night in an old house in the town of Bovec, where the price of the night is 200€. We don't want to travel to these old apartments. Filip offer to spend the night in a hotel room in the town of Bovec, compensating part of the amount (200€) . Because it was too expensive for them to compensate the full price of the room. the price of the room was €400. Although an overnight stay in the Villa costs ~500€. The communication and attitude towards the customer was very disappointing. we tried to make an agreement for 6 hours with Filip and the owner of the Villa. We waited with small children in the car. At the end, the owner did not pick up the phone, and Filip was lost and had nothing to do. Finally, we got into the car and headed home in the evening. The villa owners did not send any other option or compensation.

everything! Filip the host was great! he had excellent tips for activities and more. helped us when we needed a medical help and contacted the nearest doctor. Filip thank you! the property is new. you have everything you need! very well made, good materials! the location is remote, you need to drive by a narrow road for 25 min to nearest restaurant/market. but that was ok for us. you really in the middle of the nature! amazing views!

it would have been nice to have a mosquito net at least on one of the windows in each room. The value for money would have been great if everything that planned would already been billed The property will have a sauna in the future.

Armed by the Alps calmed by the nature - unique experience

Perfect hide away place to release stress and relax. You don’t need to go anywhere perfect tour options are available just stepping out of the gate. Morning you can welcome the deers in the garden. fantastic feeling sitting in the jacuzzi and enjoy the view to the Alps and listen to the nature. Apartment gives you the optimal luxury in the middle of nature. unique and once in the life time experience

Fantastic location, great facilities, very nice house.

The location is quite remote (which is really nice), but just take this into consideration with planning your shopping (which is 25 min drive away). Also, since the location is next to the Forrest, be aware that there are many insects in the evening.

The location is really superb ! We enjoyed the phantastic view from the house enclosed within the mountains. You only hear natural sounds when sitting outside. The house has all modern comfort and is very neat and tidy. The host did all efforts to make our stay enjoyable. The EMTB’s were a nice plus !

A real premium jewel surrounded by nature. The best place I ever stayed in!

The location is just perfect for what we were looking for. The house is surrounded by the forrest and the mountains. The house was the best accomodation I had in my life so far. All materials, equipment are premium quality, furniture is custom made the fit the design of the house perfectly. You can tell that the place is very new and the attention to detail was amazing in every single area of the house. The jakuzzi was the perfect way to relax and wind down during our stay. Our host, Philip was very friendly, helpful and was a wonderful host throughout our stay. My whole family was very impressed and we will come back to visit for sure!

Loved the whole experience and I have no suggestions to improve :)

Ein Winterurlaub im Lepena-Soča-Tal bedeutet pure Ruhe, unberührte Natur und entspannte Stunden.

Perfekte Lage im Weinter für jene die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen und ein sehr zuvorkommender, unkomplizierter Service. Besonders angenehm war die Kommunikation per WhatsApp – unsere Wünsche wurden rasch aufgenommen und prompt umgesetzt. Klare Empfehlung! Der Whirlpool war im Winter perfekt beheizt. WLAN verfügbar.

C’est parfait pour passer de merveilleux moment en famille ou entre amis.

Le logement se situe dans un cadre exceptionnel: une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, on se sent seul au monde. L’hôte est très accueillant. L’hygiène est parfaite. Le logement est propre, moderne et bien rangé. Il y a un tas d’activités différentes à faire dans la région.

Tolle Auszeit , Natur pur im wunderschönen Soca Valley.

Tolle Alleinlage an Seitenfluss der Soca. 360 Grad Rundumblick in die Berge. Der Jacuzzi ist das Highlight. Filip vor Ort ist super hilfreich und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Es gibt E-bikes vor Ort, macht sehr viel Spaß.

Wir hatten Internet Probleme, aber es lag nicht am Haus, sondern der Base Station im Tal.

Perfekter Ort für einen tollen Urlaub im Sočatal

Perfekte Lage um zu Entspannen. Nur ca.10min mit dem Auto und man erreicht einen wunderschönen Badeabschnitt der Soča. In der Umgebung gibt es einen tollen Adventur-Anbieter (Abyss) dort kann man viele tolle Wasseraktivitäten (Rafting, Canyoning, Kajaking usw.) buchen. Direkt von der Unterkunft kann man viele kleinere und größere Wanderungen starten.

Leider fehlt ein Wäscheständer um nach den Wasseraktivitäten die Badekleidung und Handtücher aufhängen zu können.

Pravljica sredi gozda

Hiška je prekrasna, sredi gozda, le nekaj korakov od izhodišča do Krnskih jezer, Krna,..za vse ljubitelje narave, pohodništva pravi raj. Oskrbnik Filip je bil na voljo za vse kar smo potrebovale in še več. Z veseljem se bomo vrnile in ponovile. Pravljično😊
