wunderschönes großes Haus in Hanglage oberhalb vom Wörthersee - perfekt für große Familien oder Gruppen 2 getrennte Wohneinheiten (2 Stockwerke), über eine Innentreppe verbunden beide Wohnungen sind mit allen was man braucht ausgestattet: gute Küchengeräte, sehr viel Platz, schöne Terrassen, Grillplatz, großer Garten mit Pool Carport für 2 Autos und zusätzliche Stellplätze vorhanden

lt. Internet sollte die Wörthersee Plus Card dabei sein - wir haben leider nur den Zugang zur Mobile Card erhalten (freie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) somit mussten wir den Eintritt zum Affenberg / Burg Landskron selber zahlen

Wir waren das 2. Mal in der Villa und waren diesmal genauso glücklich mit dem großen Haus, der perfekten Ausstatung und all dem Komfort. Bei schönstem Wetter konnten wir im November zum Frühstücken draußen sitzen und die wunderbare Landschaft genießen.

This villa was a great place to stay during the summer. It has got everything you need for a lovely holiday. The view is amazing and on a sunny day, you can see the peeks of the mountains of the Austria-Slovenia border. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. There are numerous hiking paths with exceptional views within walking distance from the house. The golf course and horseback riding school are just across the street. This is a large property, where you could easily stay with two families. There are two seating area’s, one at the main level and one downstairs. There are also two kitchens and a barbecue outside. The kitchen on the main floor has all the utilities that you need for cooking. On the main floor, there are large sliding doors, which can be opened to get a nice breeze through the house. There are 5 bedrooms (3 at the main level and 2 downstairs), which have large wardrobes. There are 4 bathrooms of which 2 are connected to the room. The towels and bedsheets were provided for and in case of cold whether, there are extra blankets in the wardrobes. The terrace on the main floor offers an exceptional view and is sunny all day. The terrace downstairs has shade until the beginning of the afternoon, which makes it a great space to read a book. The garden has many fruit trees from which you can pick fruit when in season. There is also a small pond in the back garden. The swimming pool is not heated, but the sun warms it up to a nice temperature. There are several sun beds next to the pool.
