Clean and modern
At check-in I was made to wait for around 30 mins with my 70 year old mother at 23:00
We were tired. They could have at least allowed us to leave bags in room and come back to resolve issue considering circumstances. Or even offered a complimentary breakfast as a good will gesture none of this was provided. Staff need to be trained for all situations.

Very comfy beds, nice sized room with plenty of space for our bags. Quality bathroom and fittings. The breakfast was superb, highly recommend the breakfast package. Staff helpful. Lidl next door for snacks etc.
A little longer walk to the station that it appeared, but was not a deal breaker. Seems to be a busy area for conferences and a convention centre.
