I had the worst check-in experience at this hotel. Upon arrival before 10 PM, we found no one at the reception. Despite booking in advance, we were not provided with any room details, such as the room number or PIN code for access.
It took us 45 minutes to check in, during which I had to call the helpline multiple times. They guided us through various methods to access the room, including trying multiple keys and PINs. This was frustrating and unacceptable, especially after a long journey.
The lack of clear communication and absence of staff made the experience stressful and highly inconvenient. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as basic hospitality and check-in processes were severely lacking.
Avoid this hotel if you value your time and sanity!
