I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were always helpful and courteous, my bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and unexpectedly spacious, and I had a view of the Marktplatz/main square, which was literally a few steps away from the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a buffet with a large variety of delicious foods. I had a very agreeable stay here and highly recommend this hotel.
I really don't have any complaints.

This is a first rate place in an ideal location. We stowed the bikes easily in an underground garage. Reception clerks were polite and helpful.
Breakfast was really expensive, so we went to a nearby cafe instead.

Very central location in the city
Our room was opposite the fitness and breakfast room so it was very loud very early in the morning. I forgot a cosmetics bag. I contacted the hotel via email and was promised it will be sent back. I never received the bag or any of its contents. Price is a bit too high for the quality offered.
