My stay at this hotel in the city center was unfortunately not as smooth as I had hoped. One major issue was I DID NOT receive any email or message through the booking platform about self check-in process. As a result, I had no idea how to access the property when I arrived, which caused a lot of stress and unnecessary waiting for couple hours. When I finally managed to reach the host, the instructions were brief and unclear. This could have easily been avoided with proper communication in advance. I will absolutely not be staying here again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless the host seriously improves their communication and professionalism.
