Bohemia - New Apartment with Stylish Design

Posizione ottima e comoda ai trasporti. Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato. Lavatrice ed asciugatrice, macchinetta del caffè super apprezzati. Chiusura senza chiave elettronica molto comoda e sicura.

Rumori dalle scale interne del palazzo. Acqua calda ma non caldissima.

La ubicación es muy buena, a dos pasos del centro. El precio es bueno tambien. Nos dieron la habitacion mucho antes de la hora del check-in, al llegar pronto en avion.

No teniamos agua caliente para duchar, no hubo manera de conseguir que saliera caliente, el termo estaba encendido, el propietario contestaba a los mensajes pero no conseguimos ducharnos con agua caliente, y fuera estabamos a temperatura de -1 grado. El lavabo es muy pequeño y frio, si te duchas se moja todo, lavabo, inodoro, suelo…

Check in was with digital codes. My flight was supposed to land at 1:00am but was delayed by 2 hours. So I was able to get in at 3:30am. Great location a block from the synagogue, 3 blocks from the mosque, less than a 5 minute walk to Sophia statue in Largo Square. Trams 1,4, 27, 20, 22 stop within a few blocks and the Serdica metro station with lines 1,2, 4 is four streets away (metro runs to airport and railway/bus station, which are next to each other). Metro stops running around midnight and I read very bad reviews about taxis scamming tourists. There is no Uber or Bolt here; so I pre-booked an airport pickup through booking for 29€ and the very nice gentleman met me in the airport hall with my name on a sign and when we got to apartment, he helped me with my luggage and waited to make sure that I was able to get in. Nice big smart TV. Lots of mini markets nearby. Dish and dish washer soap, but no laundry or hand soap but very cheap at the mini markets (as is foil and plastic wrap). Kitchen had olive oil, vinegar, and salt.

The two biggest negatives were the shower and the trams. Shower has no door or curtain in the tiny bathroom and it was a disaster, but I don’t know how it could be done otherwise since the bathroom is so small. Every time you take a shower the entire bathroom (sink, toilet, floor) gets all wet. Trams #20 and 22 go by every five minutes or so. They are noisy and have a vibration (because they are the older trams with iron wheels on a railroad track) that you can feel when you are in bed - earplugs helped. Mattress pad and fitted bottom sheet would have been nice. Found an extra top sheet in the drawer and was able to use that as a top sheet since the bed was made without one and the comforter was too hot in summer.
