The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus terminal, metro station, and tram stops. It's also just a short walk from supermarkets, the local market, and many major attractions. The building has an elevator, and the apartment is spacious and bright with large street-facing windows. The kitchen is roomy and fully equipped with cookware and tableware. There's also a washing machine and a drying rack. The owner is nice. Highly recommended!
The curtains let in some light, which slightly affected our sleep at night.

Bright apartment in the city centre. Most of the time quiet once you close the windows.
The flat is not very big but well equipped.
Despite what the other comments are saying we didn't find the building dodgy at all. Yes people are stocking some of their personal belongings in the corridor but that's about it.
1) the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
2) the flat was dirty with a lot of dust unfortunately so we had to vacuum the flat after we arrived.
3) there is not curtain... So at 5.30am it's very very bright in the flat. I don't understand why they don't put proper curtains or blinds while they really seem to care about the flat. That's unfortunate.
Worth noting as well that there is a lift but you still need to go up and down a few sets of stairs to access the flat so very convenient with a pushchair.

Clean, comfortable, has lots of amenities which make the trip very easy.
It is very well located, there are supermarkets nearby and within walking distance to a lot of nice spots in Sofia.
The shower curtain and lack of information about what to do with garbage.
