Great stay! Very comfy bed and kitchen facilities. Owner helpful and very easy to talk to. Supermarket across the street 24h open.We enjoyed a lot our stay and great night life in the city, clubs opens until 06am

観光に便利、長距離移動の列車にバスターミナルにも近く徒歩でも可能です。特に私達の様な旅行者には現金がなくバスに乗れない人には便利です。
また、テレビの電池が切れていたら直ぐに新しいものを持って来てもらいました。
それ以外に、洗濯機にコンロ等全て使えました。
食器も綺麗、タオルは柔軟剤、シャンプーも快適、洗濯石鹸もあり、暮らすには快適でした。
コメントにある二つのベッドルームの一つは路面電車の道路に面しているため、快適な睡眠を妨害します。しかし、もう一つのダブルベッドは静かで快適でした。
部屋も広く、便利です。
過去の投稿にもあったように、共用廊下の下水の匂いがあり、快適な部屋から出たら匂うし、快適な部屋に戻るとき、匂います。
帰って来て今日は快適な部屋だと思っていても匂いが壊します。
これさえ、無ければ満点です。
是非、宿泊者のクレームがまた、きたとアパート側にクレームを入れて改善されることを祈っています。
観察結果、階段踊り場が匂いが強く、2本の白いパイブから匂ってるかもしれません、テープで巻いてみたらどうでしょうか？

Óptima localização e cozinha super preparada para se cozinhar.
Supermercados perto e eléctricos também! Ar condicionado nos quartos óptimo para o calor que estava!
A única coisa chata é não haver uma separação entre a zona de duche e o resto da casa de banho, o que faz com que fique tudo encharcado…
De resto, óptimo!
