Good apartment in good location but for now mind the facade renovation

The apartment with separate bedroom had good space and flow, modern furnishing and nice design touches, utilities worked well. Good location at Brignole train station which is a transportation hub to everywhere. Easy contact with the host through WApp, Sabrina did everything to make us feel comfortable.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t mentioned that the facade is under extensive renovation. We had construction works and workers on the balcony ( a selling points for us) which was disappointing. We should have down rate more because of this but thought it is pity for the apartment itself as once the works are finished it’ll be nice. Cleaning should be improved a utilities checked befit new arrivals.

Enjoyable in a central location , lovely host !

Good central location , uptodate facilities and decor. Sabrina host was lovely and bought us change of towels as we stayed a bit longer than the norm. Would go back for sure. Great as near train.

Unfortunately scaffolding was up so couldn’t use balcony . Front door was a bit temperamental but Sabrina did all she could to sort. Building was secure tho.

Great location, clean room, 0 natural light/cave feeling, mold smell, noise every night

- great location, walking distance 25mins to old center/port - few mins from main train station - clean room - coffee espresso with 15ish coffee caps - nice host

I will talk specifically from the room that I got, maybe there are others with different experience. So, from what I got for 7 days: - the building has an U shape and my room was on the north side, 0 natural sunlight and the view in the center of the U, ghetto feeling (cave dark feeling from light perspective, always) - always mold smell present in the room - every night we were disturbed by the neighbors (from the upper floor I suppose), very loud, group of multiple male people I suppose, and listening music (saturday night they started playing at 3 AM until 5 AM and we were unable to sleep at all) - bathroom with no shower gel provided - the tv was oriented to the door NOT the bed, like 90 degrees angle - I thing that we missed from the post details was that we got an expandable sofa instead of an actual bed, so the location consists of 1 room and 1 bathroom

Superb Stay!

This was an exceptional stay! The high marks are warranted. 5-minute easy walk from the Genova Brignole train station. Alice kept touch about my arrival time, met me at the property, gave me the key, provided info, and answered questions. A/C units in both the living and bedroom areas. Modern, bright, and very clean. Plenty of storage room. Shower was wonderful. All kitchen equipment new and operable. Expresso maker with coffee and condiments. Owner checked on my stay. 10-15 minute walk to center city. Next to small grocery store. Stayed nine days and would certainly stay again if returning to Genova. A gem . . . many of my group attending the wedding paid much more and received much less! Most highly recommended!

Okay for me, but it may be a little noisy for some due to the nearby train tracks and street just below. Most noises were dampened by use of the A/C's. My oversight, but shower or bedroom shoes would have been beneficial in view of the marble floors.

Pleasant, comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed it very much!

The room's location is very convenient and you can have access to the city and the train station pretty quickly and easily. The room was very tidy, clean and well equiped The hostess was really kind and helpfull, made us feel comfortable and was very communicative. She gave us very usefull tips for the city and for our excursions

The location is perfect! Check in was smooth and Sabrina was a delight! Beds were very comfortable and windows are double glazed which was perfect to sleep in silence.

The toilet seat needs attention as it is loose. There is no oven and no washing machine so something to consider!

We liked having a living area as well as a bedroom. The location was close to railway station and a short walk to cafes and attractions. The air conditioning had a quiet setting so I could add sleep with it on. Quiet location so could sleep. Couldn't hear other guests.
