Great city (Lido di Lugano, old town, mountains) - but quite expensive.
Good location & a proper bathroom.
The city itself is a great one.
Swiss miniatur world is a place worth to visit.
Sofa-bed was absolutely horrible, every time you turned yourself it let out a very loud squeak.
Washing machine didn't work (it was notified in the first day but nothing happened).
No proper coffee mugs, only small coffee cups.
No air-conditioning.
Wi-Fi was not free of charge and the Wi-Fi unit should have been taken from the office where the keys were provided (no information about this was given in advance).

DELUDENTE. NO QUALITÀ PREZZO
L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione del monolocale per raggiungere facilmente il centro.
Appena arrivati a Lugano abbiamo messo la posizione su Google Maps. Arriviamo sotto lo stabile del monolocale e non troviamo nessuno.
Dopo varie telefonate a chi se ne occupava, ci dicono che dobbiamo andare NOI a prendere le CHIAVI, presso un'agenzia, a 40 minuti di strada, che per chi non conosce la zona non è il massimo. Menomale che non era tarda serata, almeno per questo ci è andata bene.
Non ci hanno mai avvisato prima di questa situazione per quanto riguarda le chiavi.
Sono stati davvero tanto scortesi.
Ho dovuto lasciare la mia compagna per strada dove si trova il monolocale, da sola con le valigie., ed io sono dovuto andare a RECUPERARE LE CHIAVI, che LORO si erano dimenticati di lasciare in struttura o quanto meno avvisare.
Abbiamo dovuto prendere dei mezzi, quindi impegnare dei soldi per raggiungere il monolocale.. e una volta arrivati ci viene detto che dovevamo tornare indietro e andare noi a prendere le chiavi!
INSOMMA COSE DELL'ALTRO MONDO.
Non avevo MAI sentito una cosa del genere,. Ed ho viaggiato in varie parti del Mondo.

A meno che non risolvano al più presto.
In Più, divano letto molto scomodo e faceva davvero tanto rumore.
La lavatrice non funziona.
Maniglia del balcone guasta.
Termosifone spento o guasto, c'era solo una piccola stufa per riscaldarsi.
Ci hanno dato un mini flaconcino di shampoo e un mini flaconcino di bagnoschiuma, per 2 persone! Per 16 giorni!!!!
Nessun cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani.
Solo 1 pentola e 1 padella.
Qualità prezzo non adeguata, abbiamo pagato davvero tanto per 16 giorni, non ne valeva la pena.
Consiglio alla struttura di risolvere al più presto .
