Отличное место! Номер чистый с прекрасным видом на море. Пляж в 10 минутах прогулочным шагом. Рядом есть магазины, автобусная остановка, с которой можно быстро доехать в город. Кому нужен спокойный отдых, с чистым и пустым пляжем, но при этом не сильно далеко от центра города-это самый подходящий вариант. Обязательно вернусь сюда еще!

Отличный отель. Останавливались большой компанией большие номера, удобные кровати Великолепный вид с террасы на 4 этаже. есть 2 кухни : внизу и на террасе. и там и там стоят чайники, холодильник. есть плита и вся посуда для готовки. Расположение хорошее. До батуми 10 минут на такси. До ботанического сада 1.5 километра. до пляжа 500 метров, но у бот сада пляж лучше и электричек уже нет. Район тихий, только иногда слышны петухи у соседей
в прохладное время наверно может быть не жарко на нижней кухне. Хотелось бы чтобы в каждом номере были одеяла по количеству человек. Туристы дома привыкли спать под одеялом. в остальном все супер! Обязательно вернемся

Размещение мне понравилось сразу , дом большой , у меня было 2 номера , оба с шикарным видом на море , есть кухня для проживающих , она находится отдельно на крыше , где куча месте посидеть , есть вся посуда , хозяева очень отзывчивые и добрые Есть парковка куда поставить машину , в городе я не хотел отель ибо там куча людей , а тут супер все и до города близко , рядом пляж не людный и чистый , есть магазины , где закупиться можно , в целом хозяева большие молодцы
