Die Lage ist wunderbar, zentral gelegen in Batumi und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strans, dem Boulevard und der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes und Supermärkte in der Nähe :)

Расположение очень удобное. Остановки рядом, достопримечательности тоже не далеко, море в пешей доступности. Хозяйка гостевого дома очень приветлива и отзывчива, можно к ней обратиться с любым вопросом.

В принципе, снимая жилье в частном секторе в Старого Батуми, нужно быть готовым к шуму, этот гостевой дом совершенно соответствует этому. Шумно не только днем, но и ночью. Мы дома практически не находились, весь день гуляли, уставали, поэтому к шуму практически привыкли.

Beste Lage. Bestes Peis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Lili. Sie hat sogar am Vorabend meiner Abreise ein Taxi bestellt und stand um 7 Uhr morgens sehr zuverlässig vor der Eingangstür, um das bestellte Taxi am richtigen Ort zu stoppen und dann auf mich zu warten, um sicher zu stellen, dass ich sicher abfahre in Richtung Bahnstation --- Das kleine Appartement ist mit sehr viel Charme und Geschmack eingerichtet

Mir ist es nicht gelungen, die Heizung zum Laufen zu bringen.

I was travelling with one child and loved the room layout in general. The air conditioning, the fan and the TV were all working fine. The beds are a little bit narrow but were clean, comfortable and sufficient in size for one person only. The location is fantastic and you can access nearby nightlife and Batumi's main attractions. Policemen are also roaming around to ensure safety of the people at late night hours, and they helped me find the property on my way back.

First, I wasn't told about the available kitchen facilities, so I did not use any. The floor was dirty and it turned the colour of my son's socks from white to near black in less than two minutes. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this room is not for you. You can hear every word people say while walking in the street. This did not bother me because I am not a light sleeper. Additionally, you can feel the room's wall shaking when someone climbs the adjacent wooden stairs. The bathroom was a complete disaster. In addition to its mouldiness and bad lighting, there was no curtain around the bathtub, so you should wipe and dry the bathroom floor after taking a shower. The owner forgot to refill the toilet paper roll (but thankfully I had a spare roll and wet wipes in my bag). She apologized and I accepted the apology. The exhaust fan (and its switch) is very close to the showerhead and this is very hazardous and may cause someone to be electrocuted. The soup bars were the same ones used by the previous guest, and for me this is disgusting. Finally, the cheap showerhead was already damaged when I checked in but I discovered that in the night (there was no apparent damage but it was leaking from the sides). However, the owner (and to be precise: the person who is handling the Booking messages) accused me of breaking it and she said "I do not have to LIE about it" (although its value is trivial and she did not claim damages). She is not an English speaker and it is difficult to communicate with her but her tone changed from friendly (at the time of check-in) to rude at the end.
