Хорошие компактные номера, чистое белье, есть кондиционер, есть телевизор, если кому то надо. Стирка в машинке за плату, есть общая кухня и холодильник общий. Мы готовили хинкали, очень вкусно и экономно. Хозяин приветливый и готов помочь. Расположение в центре старого города, все достаточно близко. До моря конечно, надо прогуляться, но как и от других объектов размещения в старом городе. Мы довольны
Нас сначала заселили в какой то номер, совсем не очень, дверь в туалет не закрывалась, и еще и не смывался туалет… для пар не очень. У нас потекла труба сверху и нас переселили в номер, где все хорошо. Это из минусов
