Отличное месторасположение, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Транспорта тоже рядом много. Комнаты в сдаются в доме, где проживают и хозяева. Неудобства это не вызвало. Номер большой, просторный, двухкомнатный со своей кухней и ванной. Кровати удобные. Есть даже свой балкончик.

Не очень стабильно работает wi-fi. При том что было аж 3 точки, подключение постоянно прерывалось.

Никаких минусов замечено не было. Хозяева очень гостепреимные и чудесные. Большая площадь комнат, да, их несколько было. Раздельные 2 большие кровати в разных комнатах. Очень комфортная душевая и балкон есть. Спасибо хозяевам.

La situation de l’appartement est super. Le petit balcon donnant sur la grande rue est agréable. La chambre est immense, comme le lit et très fonctionnelle. La salle d’eau aussi. Le logement était très propre et la famille très accueillante.

Everything was perfect during the stay. The location is exactly in the heart of the old city and so close to public transportation for around Batumi. The landlady was so kind, helpful and hospitable. We stayed in a big room and it was really safe and clean. The entrance of the apartment is a bit complex. The address is correct, but you need to go back side of the building and ask one of the neighbours. The landlady doesn't know English, but you can handle with google translate or AI translator. If you know Georgian or Russian, you can communicate easily. I wish I could communicate more and sit & chat with her, her husband and even her neighbours like locals.

Just the traffic noise during sleeping. Our room was at the front side of the apartment which there is a main street. I don't know there is an another room or not. However, you can close the balcony door and sleep without any traffic sound. Sound proofing is good. There is a good air conditioner too if the weather is hot.
