    I booked city view room. When arrived, they wanted to put us to “back side view” claiming that’s my booking (“abandoned construction view” would be a correct name). I refused to accept it. We spent 1,5h at the reception with arguments, when they tried different ways ether convince me that I booked on scam website (?!) or get an extra payment! Agoda support wasn’t helpful at all, just endless chatting “we need 5 min more to investigate”. At the end, the manger saw us being stubborn and noisy and finally put us to the room type we originally booked. He even asked me if I’m a Scorpio zodiac sign (what a professional way) Mattress is saggy and covers are clumsy (for sure, need replacement with new once). Reading lights are not working (though, a man helping with suitcases were trying to repair it on his own initiative), so you’ll stay ether with bright ceiling light or in complete darkness. 2** only because of water pressure in the shower and goid breakfast. *** is a way overpriced for this 2-3*** hotel. Not recommended
