I would rate my 3-night stay here at a 3.5 or 4 stars maximum. While the hotel has some undeniable perks, it has some significant drawbacks and is clearly showing its age. The Good: Excellent Breakfast (5/5): The breakfast was fantastic! There was a wide variety of food, good coffee, and plenty of seating, so we never had to wait for a table. Great Location: The location is very convenient. It is not right on the beachfront (about a 7-minute walk), but that wasn't an issue for us at all. The Bad: Strong Cigarette Smell at Entrance: This was a major issue. Because the hotel entrance leads directly into the casino, there is a terrible, overwhelming smell of nicotine in the lobby. At times, the cigarette smoke was so thick that it was honestly hard to breathe when walking in. Daily Key Card Issues: This was highly frustrating. Every single morning after breakfast, our electronic key cards stopped working. We had to go down to the reception daily just to get them re-coded. Outdated Rooms: The hotel feels quite old. The furniture in the room was visibly scuffed and worn down. Bathroom & Housekeeping Issues: Housekeeping was mediocre (around a 3/5). The bathroom had several functional flaws: the shower cabin door wouldn't close completely, the shower hose didn't work properly, and water pooled in the corners instead of draining. Overall, it’s a decent place if you prioritize a central location and a great breakfast, but the heavy smoke at the entrance and the worn-out rooms definitely need to be addressed.

Bad parking staff behavior- room service is bad / we asked for baby bed sheet twice and they simply didn’t get us any

The hotel is very well located and the managers at the reception are very helpful for everything you need however few team members like the valet guys the ladies on the spa floor were very rude. Overall we were taken care of by the hotel manager very well.

We had a good sleep and we could check-in early. The room does like a bit tired. Bath plug had a problem. Overall, we did enjoy the stay.
